June 2021 - Be passionately curious - Lisa Rabellino

Hi creative souls!
Lisa today with you with a new art journal spread, inspired by this new moodboard for June and its rusty touch.
I loved applying layers of papers, shades of colors and little details forgotten in my stash to create the dusty effect of time.

To start my page I glued a piece of patterned paper and I made a collage of some old book pages, laces and paper doilies. I brushed a coat of clear gesso and so I chose Tiger Orange Liquid Acrylic to color the background.

I added some vintage frames and a recycled paper tag that I had kept in my stash for some years.

I made some stamping with brown and teal archival inks and then I added some Finnabair Mechanicals vintage washers for my rustic composition!

Finally I added a sentiment and I made splatters with Deep Turquoise Liquid Acrylic to give a little contrast on my page.

I hope you enjoyed my art daily inspiration for this month
